Nancy Jane Witters, wife of Myndus Witters, died January 11, 1878, of consumption. She leaves a husband and a small child, 14 months old, to mourn their loss. She would have been 20 years old on the 28th inst., if she had lived. She was a constant member of the Christian church. She died in the hope of getting to a country where the inhabitants never say "I am sick."
