Mary Wennegar
LOCAL NEWS.
DIED. -- On Sunday morning at 6 o'clock, Dec. 4th, 1887, Mrs. Mary Wennegar, wife of George Wennegar, at the age of 68 years. Deceased has been sick the greater part of the past two years, and seemed to have gradually worn out. The funeral took place on Tuesday from the Catholic Church, Father Kroll officiating. The funeral sermon was very touching, and was an eloquent tribute to the virtues of the deceased. The remains were buried in the Catholic cemetery. Mrs. Wennegar was the mother of two children, Frank Wennegar, and Mrs. C. A. Anderson, both of whom reside here. The bereaved family have the sincere sympathy of the community in this their hour of sorrow.
