NO INQUEST NECESSARY IN WHEELER CASE
(From Thursday's Daily)

Coroner L. E. Lewis stated today that he would make no further investigation of the case of Naum Vascliff, the section hand who died at Wheeler early yesterday morning, than he had already ascertained -- that Dr. A. O. Dobbins treated the victim and was with him till he died. No inquest is necessary in this case. The body is now in the Stinchfield-Fehrman undertaking parlors here. Vascliff was hit on the head with the handle of the handcar, and this dislocated a vertebrae in the neck and caused death.
