Mrs. William Trinkle

KOUTS, Ind. -- Died, at her home a mile and a half west of town, Mrs. Trinkle. She has long been ill and passed away Thursday evening. She was born in South Carolina in 1815, being 77 years of age. She was married to Wm. Trinkle in 1832. Her husband preceded her to the better land by twenty-four years. The funeral services were held at the house and she was interred in the cemetery west of town on April 3d. Despite the threatening weather a large assembly of friends and relatives were present to do the last honor to her memory. The floral offerings were particularly beautiful consisting of calla-lillies and roses. Mrs. Trinkle leaves several children besides other relatives and friends to mourn her loss.
