DIED.
THATCHER. -- At the residence of her parents near Valparaiso, on the 11th instant, Nellie, daughter of Samuel and Agnes Thatcher, aged one year, four months and twelve days. Though young, it was hard to give her up.
Farewell, little Nellie, thy spirit hath fled,
And low in the ground thy form has been laid;
We'll think of thee often, and visit thy tomb,
And long for the day of reunion to come.
