William Tabbert
FATHER OF VALPARAISO WOMEN DIES AT HOBART
(From Monday's Daily)
William Tabbert, father of Mrs. T. C. Thedens and Mrs. Herman Claussen, of this city, died during Saturday night at his home in Hobart, and his dead body was discovered by his daughter, Mrs. Ed Traeger, with whom he lived, yesterday morning. The sad news was immediately transmitted to this city. No time will be set for the funeral until some word is received from Robert Tabbert, a son, living at Los Angeles.
Mr. Tabbert had been in fair health until Saturday, when he was attacked by a pain in his left side. This, however, subsided, and he was able to walk the street Saturday night and visit with many friends. It is believed the affliction returned in the night and affected his heart.
