Mrs. Wm. Smith died on the 30th ult., from uterine hemorrhage after child-birth, She had been suffering several days previous to confinement. Funeral service was conducted by Elders Haumer and Martin, evangelists of Hobart tabernacle. A very large number of sympathizing friends were at the funeral.
