Hannah L. Skinner

DIED.
Hannah L. Skinner, wife of L. N. Skinner, of Valparaiso, Porter county, Indiana, in the twenty-ninth year of her age.

She was born in Louden co., Va., and removed with her father's family to Mount Gilhead, Morrow county Ohio, where she married and soon after they left for this place; she lived an exemplary member of the M. Episcopal church for ten years. I saw her in the death struggle, and she was calm. "I trust all in Christ."

"This all my hope and all my plea,
For me the savior died."

She was loved and respected by all.

The room where this good woman met her fate is priveleged beyond the common walks of virtuous life -- quite on the verge of Heaven.

She died this morning at five o'clock, in the triumph of living faith; she left a husband and his three children to mourn her loss, while she blooms in that sun-bright clime.
