James Sinclare

State of Indiana, Porter County.
WE the jury after javing examined the dead bodies of three persons found on Lake Michigan in an open boat, supposed to be those of Abraham Slocum and son, and James Sinclare and having heard the testimony do agree that the said persons came to their death by starvation and cold.
