DEATH OF JUROR BRINGS UNFINISHED CASE HERE
(From Tuesday's Daily)

Owing to the death of William Schultz, one of the jurors, the damage case of Mrs. Goldie Seagraves against William Finley and Andrew Kirkaby came to a close in Laporte and was then brought to the circuit court here on a change of venue. H. W. Worden, attorney for the plaintiff, was willing to proceed with eleven jurors, but R. N. Smith did not wish to do so. The evidence was all in, but the attorneys had not made their arguments when the juror was stricken.
