LAST WILL OF JOHN SAMS PROBATED HERE TODAY
(From Thursday's Daily)
The last will and testament of John Sams, executed Feb. 24, 1912, was probated in the circuit court today, and by its terms Mrs. Cora Sams, the widow, becomes the administratrix and inherits all the property, both real and personal. Provision was made for the proper education of the two youngest children, one of whom died since the will was written. D. E. Kelly appeared in court for Mrs. Sams, accompanied by Oscar Breyfogle, of Chicago, an old friend of the family, whose name, with that of George C. Gregg, witnessed the execution of the will by Mr. Sams.
