David Ronan

HEBRON, Ind., -- Uncle David Ronan, who has been living here with his son Ed and relatives, was found dead in bed last Sunday morning, when found he had been dead about three or four hours. He had been in usually good health until last Saturday. When he complained of not feeling well, and instead of staying with John Nelson, his nephew, over night which had been his usual custom for the past few weeks, went to his son Ed's. He was as a general thing an early riser, and his son not hearing him up at daylight, went to his room and found him laying dead. From the position of the body it seems he hardly changed his position since he had retired, and then his death was easy. Coroner Coates, Dr. Yohn, and K. Blackstone, Jr. held a post-mortem on the body, and it was found that the death was caused by a clot of blood in the heart. The remains were taken to Columbia, Ind., for interment. He was born in Columbia, Ind., and was 64 years old.
