Thomas H. Robinson

REPORT OF CORONER'S INQUEST.
State of Indiana, Porter County, SS:
Be it remembered, that on the 21st day of April, 1883, information was given to me that the dead body of a man lay in Pleasant twp., in said state and county, supposed to have come to his death by violence or casualty, and to ascertain as so far as possible the causes and circumstances of said death, witnesses were called and sworn, and their material evidence reduced to writing, signed by myself, and filed in the clerk's office of said county.

Whereupon, I find decedent's name was Thomas H. Robinson, that he was 25 years old, light complexion, 6 feet high, well dressed, and that he came to his death by being drowned in a ditch in said state and county, said ditch being about 40 rods east of the place where he was living. Decedent was subject to epilepsy, and was supposed to have fallen into said ditch during one of those spasms. His person was committed to the charge of friends for burial.

A. P. LETHERMAN,
Coroner of Porter County
16-w3
