William Piscek
REPORT OF CORONER'S INQUEST.
State of Indiana, Porter County, SS:
Be it remembered, that on the 7th day of November, 1882, information was given to me that the dead body of a man lay in Center Township, in said state and county, supposed to have come to this death by violence of casualty, and to ascertain as so far as possible the cause and circumstances of said death, witnesses were called and sworn, and their material evidence reduced to writing, signed by myself, and filed in the clerk's office of said county.
Whereupon, I find decendent's name was Wm. Piscek, that he was 34 years old, of light complexion, 5 feet 5 inches high, plainly dressed, and that he came to his death from acute peritonitis, probably caused by some injury to the abdomen. His person was committed to the charge of his friends for burial.
