William Peglow

DEATHS
PEGLOW -- On April 14, Wm. Peglow, of Holmsville, at the residence of his nephew, Wm. Kreiger, Otis. Mr. Peglow came to Porter Sunday to see his sister, the mother of John and Robert Kreiger, who is lying at the point of death. On his return home, and about to cross the Lake Shore railroad at Otis, his horse took fright at a train, Mr. Peglow attempted to hold the animal by the head, when it kicked him where he had been ruptured. The injured man was carried to the home of his nephew, near by, and after intense suffering, died Tuesday morning. He was in his seventies, and an uncle of the Kreiger boys of this place.
