Ruber Miller

OBITUARY.
Mr. Ruber Miller, an aged citizen, died at his residence in Portage township on the 21st of March. He was born in Westchester, New York, June 20, 1804, and so was nearly 82 years old. Mr. Miller was highly respected by all his neighbors and acquaintances. While he was a believer in the bible and read it much he had broad views of Christianity. He was a good citizen, a faithful father and a devoted husband. He left a widow and 3 sons to mourn their loss. Elder Riley preached his funeral at Robbins's chapel on the 24th to a large congregation.
