LOCAL.
Some one writes that the circumstances of the death of that young man at Hebron were that both he and his father were the worse for liquor when they started home; that he dired to turn back but the father would not; that his hat blew off and he got out to get it and the father then drove on; whereupon the son went back, and is supposed to have lain down upon the railway track beside the crossing, and there slept until the engine came and tore him all to pieces.
