CHESTERTON CHIPS
Peter Lindeen, an old resident of this township, died at his home in Baillytown, early Wednesday morning, aged 75 years, from the effects of old age. The funeral will be held today (Saturday) from the Baillytown Swedish Lutheran church. Deceased settled here 37 years ago, and leaves three sons and three daughters. He was the father of Mrs. Claus Johnson, of this place. Mr. Lindeen was born in Sweden on May 19, 1824, and came to America in 1862, locating in Westchester, which has been his home until his death. He was highly respected, and leaves a wide circle of friends to mourn his loss.
