Ella Knapp

Ella Knapp, daughter of Wm. Knapp, died at the residence of her parents near Valparaiso on Monday morning, the 3d instant in the 17th year of her age. She was a member of the Baptist church and gave evidence that she was truly a child of God. Her decline was gradual. For many months she had been browing weaker, but she kept up to the very last, and when she died she passed away so quietly that those near her did not notice when she died. She went to sleep to wake no more. She leaves her parents, 4 brothers and 2 sisters to mourn their loss. The funeral services were conducted by Elder Riley in the Baptist church at 10 o'clock on Wednesday in the presence of a large congregation.
