Charles E. Johnson
PORTER POINTERS
The remains of Charles E. Johnson were brought to Porter for burial from Chicago, Oct. 17, and the funeral services were held at the Baillytown church. Johnson died at the Cook County consumption hospital of Tuberculosis. He lived in Porter up to about ten years ago, and was raised at Old Porter. Previous to his sickness he was in the employ of Phil Armour, the Chicago packer.
