Louisa Isbey

Obituary.
Died. -- On Monday, November 9th, 1885, Mrs. Louisa Isbey, at her residence near Crisman, after a long and painful illness, at the age of 57 years. The funeral was from the Swedish Mission Church on Thursday, and the remains interred in the cemetery near that place.

Deceased was born in Sweden in 1828, and with her family came to American in 1853. Since that time they have made Porter county their home. Mrs. Isbey has been in feeble health for the past twelve years, and during the last few years, has suffered greatly. She was an industrious christian woman, beloved by all who knew her. Mrs. Isbey is a sister of the Hylander Bros. and has many relatives living in this county. A husband, and five children grieve over the mother's loss.
