Harry Hubbard

INSTANTLY KILLED.
A Man Run Over by the Cars and Terribly Mangled!

The man who was run over by the cars at Suman station and killed on Sunday was Harry Hubbard, a stone mason by trade but who was sometimes worked as a farm hand.

On Sunday evening he had been drinking heavily and wanted to go to church a distance off. His friends endeavored to dissuade him, but as he insisted on going 2 companions starred with him, but on reaching the railroad track turned back towards home, Hubbard continuing on down the track. Shortly after passenger train no. 18 was heard to whistle several times and the men returned to the track and found the mangled remains of Hubbard. The coroner's verdict was in accordance with the above facts.

Hubbard was 44 years old and unmarried.
