FUNERAL OF J. A. HICKS HELD YESTERDAY AFTERNOON
(From Saturday's Daily)
The funeral of John A. Hicks was largely attended yesterday afternoon at the home of the son, Charles Hicks, of West Chicago street. Veterans of the war were out in body, and friends from far and near were present for the last and rites. Rev. Claude E. Hill officiated. Interment was in Graceland. John Ritter, Jacob Fisher, Sylvester Casbon, Jesse Casbon, Joseph Duclos and E. M. Burns were the pallbearers.
