William Henderson
Wm. Henderson who is well-known by many of our people and has been engaged a brakeman on the P., F. W. & C. local freight train between here and Fort Wayne, was killed Thursday, in an accident. The circumstances attending the funeral were particularly sad. He was the only son of a widowed mother whom with two sisters he supported. The grief over the mangled form was little short of frenzy, and melted all hearts. Miss Angie Wright of this city, an esteemed friend of the deceased, was summoned to attend the funeral, which took place Saturday at Ft. Wayne. Mr. Henderson had gained many friends and his funeral was very largely attended.
