NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, To Joseph Gard and Alexander Gard, non-resident heirs of the estate of Esther Gard, late of Lake county and state of Indiana, deceased, that application will be made to the Probate Court of Lake county, to be holden at the court house in Crown Point, on the second Monday in November, 1848, on the second day of the term thereof, for an order to sell the following described real estate belonging to the Estate of said deceased, to wit:
The East half of the Northeast quarter of Section No. 25, in Township No. 33 North, Range No. 8 West.
