From the DAILY VIDETTE of Tuesday, Oct. 30th ult.
Mr. Alfred Nichols, whose wife died recently at Hebron, came home here last evening to attend to some affairs, but his business will require him shortly to return to Hebron. Mrs. Wm. B. Nichols, his wife's sister, came with him to stay here a day or two before returning to her home in Dowagiac, Mich. She came to attend her sister nearly 2 months ago, remained with her till her death, and is now only on her way home. She is herself also in feeble health.
