Anna Dora Ehwald

CHESTERTON CHIPS
Died, on Monday, Nov. 13, of scarlet fever, Anna Dora, daughter of Rev. Fred Ehwald, aged 7 years. The funeral was held on the 15th inst., and the remains buried in the Chesterton cemetery. This death was a peculiarly sad one. While the family were in the midst of moving to Elkhart, and after nearly all of the household goods were shipped, Anna was stricken down with the fever. The father remained here to care for his little one, while the mother was in Elkhart nursing the other two children, who also became ill with scarlet fever after they reached Elkhart. The family have the sincere sympathy of the people of Chesterton in this, their hour of trouble.
