At the May term of the Probate Court, A. D., 1847, said Court declared the estate of Thomas M. Dusten, deceased, to be probably insolvent. Creditors are therefore requested to file their claims against the estate for allowance in the said Probate Court, within ten months from the date hereof, or they will not be entitled to payment.
