David Dickson

OBITUARY.
David Dickson was born in Edingburg, Scotland, in 1810. He came to Canada in 1836 where he resided about 14 years. In 1850 he emigrated to this state and settled in Lake county. There, some 4 years since, his wife died, and after some months he removed with a daughter and grand-daughter to this city, where he died on the 10st inst. He was for many years a great sufferer from disease of the kidneys. He was a good citizen, a christian gentleman, and a member of the M. E. church. He leaves nine living children, five sons and four daughters, to mourn their loss.
