Marretta Daniels
Mrs. Marretta Daniels, of Burdick, died very suddenly Wednesday morning at 5 o'clock, of heart disease. Mrs. Daniels has long been subject to heart disease, and on the morning of her death, as will be remembered, there was a severe thunderstorm. Lightning struck near Mrs. Daniels home, and the shock was so great to her that it brought on the attack which resulted in her death. Deceased was 53 years old, a member of the Methodist church, and a widow. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Willey, and the remains interred in the Jackson Center cemetery on Thursday.
