Abbie Crumpacker

IN MEMORIAM.

MRS. ABBIE, wife of EDGAR CRUMPACKER, and daughter of GEO. L. and Mrs. Parshal, passed to the Summer Land from the house of her parents Jan. 31, 1877, aged 22 years.

Yes, thou'rt gone, our Abbie dear,
No more thy form we'll greet;
Thy gentle voice no longer hear;
No more on earth we'll meet.

To heaven thou'rt fone; thou could'st not stay,
The trials of life to bear.
O, may we labor, watch, and pray,
That we may meet thee there.

Farewell, dear one, in that bright home,
That house not made with hands.
We hope to meet and with thee roam
O'er the eternal strands.

"None knew thee but to love thee
Nor named thee but to praise."
