Concannon
After the burial of Mr. Concannon week before last at Westville the bereaved widow was summoned from Lafayette to the death-bed of a brother's child whom Mr. and Mrs. Concannon, by adoption, had partly raised. She preceeded at once from Westville, but unfortunately found the boy dead upon her arrival. The afflicted lady reached her home on last week Tuesday and has been quite sick. That "misfortunes never come singly" must appear to her literally true. She has the universal sympathy of acquaintances.
