Edith Mable Cattron

OBITUARY.
Edith Mable, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dr. W. O. Cattron, died at their residence on South Franklin street May 18, '85, after a long and painful sickness. Mable was always feeble in physical constitution, but from the very first, and through all her sickness she had a clear, keen, intelligent look out of her eyes. -- The body was sick indeed, but the mind was clear and unclouded. Her death is a great bereavement to her parents, but the impression of that clear, keen look upon their memory, and the thought that she still lives, free from all bodily infirmity, is a great relief to their sorrow. -- She was with them here only 9 months and 9 days, but she lives forevermore. -- The funeral services took place at their home on the 15th ult., and were conducted by Elder Riley, the pastor of the family, after which the remains were buried in the new cemetery.
