EXECUTOR'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE.
The undersigned, executor of the last will of Eliza E. Buel, deceased, hereby gives notice that by virtue of the power by said will conferred he will, at the hour of 1 o'clock p. m. of the 25th day of June, 1916, at his office in the building known as the Valparaiso State Bank, at Valparaiso, Indiana, and from day to day thereafter until sold, offer at private sale the following described real estate owned by the decedent in her life time, situate in the county of Porter and state of Indiana, to wit: Lot two (2) in block thirteen (13) in the original survey of the town, now city, of Valparaiso.
Said sale will be made subject to the approval of the circuit court of said county of Porter for not less than the full appraised value of said real estate upon the following terms and conditions:
All cash or at least one-third of the purchase money cash in hand, the balance in two equal installments payable in nine and eighteen months, evidenced by the notes of the purchaser bearing six per cent interest from date, waiving relief, providing attorney's fees, and secured by a mortgage on the real estate sold and a policy of insurance on buildings properly assigned.
