Peter Bender
PORTAGE CENTER, Ind., Dec. 21 -- Conrad Bender went to Kansas last week on receipt of a telegram that his brother, Peter, had been shot. On reaching there Mr. Bender found that his brother had been murdered in a quarrel, the result of an old fued. As Mr. Bender has not yet returned, we are unable to give full particulars of the affair, but will do so as soon as he arrives.
