Lucy A. Bedell

Obituary.
DIED. -- On Saturday, May 26, 1888, Lucy A. Hall Bedell, aged 53 years, three months, and eleven days.

Deceased was the daughter of Loring and Matilda Hall, was born at Cedar Lake, Lake county, Indiana, on Feb. 14, 1838. When she was quite young her parents moved to Porter County, where she has resided the most of her life. When twenty years of age (Sept. 9, 1858), she was married to John M. Bedell, and from this union were five children, four daughters and a son, all of whom survive her.

The funeral services were held in the M. E. Church at Chesterton, on Monday, May 28, commencing at 11:30 o'clock a. m., Rev. Simmons, of Jackson Center, officiating.
