DICKEY, WILLIAM E. - Born at Valparaiso not long ago, and educated at brother Brown's university down there. Came to Chicago in 1890 and asked constable where they kept the ladder of fame. Joined W. A. Alexander & Co., as consulting office boy, and is now a member of the firm. Takes a good picture.
