Administrator's Notice.
NOTICE is hereby given that I have taken out letters of administration on the estate of George L. Walton, late of Porter county, Indiana, deceased. All persons knowing themselves indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment, and those having claims against the same, are notified to present them duly authenticated for settlement. -- The estate is supposed to be solvent.

Administrator's Sale.
NOTICE is hereby given, that I will expose to sale, on Wednesday, the 31st day of January, 1849, at the late residence of George L. Walton, deceased, in Union township, Porter county, Indiana, all the personal property of the said deceased, consisting of
One two-horse wagon,
One cow and calf,
A lot of hogs,
One stack of hay,
A lot of Spring wheat,
One cross-cut saw,
One cooking stove,
One saddle, bridle and martingals,
Together with farming utensils generally, Beds, Chairs, Tables, and all other household and kitchen furniture, besides many other too numerous to mention.
A credit of six months will be given on all sums over three dollars -- under that smount, cash in hand.
