ADMINISTRATOR SUES NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD
Joseph Kaiser, administrator, today filed three suits in the circuit court here, aggregating $21,000, their foundation being a tragedy at Chesterton last September, when four people were killed. Kaiser sues for $10,000 for the death of Mrs. Evelyn Teda; an equal amount for the death of John Teda, her oldest son, and $1,000 for the loss of the automobile which the party occupied. Peter Teda and Stanley Strsepanowski were killed in the same accident, but their estates are handled by another administrator.
