MAN KILLED BY TRAIN IN PORTAGE TOWNSHIP
(From Monday's Daily)
Coroner L. E. Lewis was called to Willow Creek, Portage township, yesterday, to hold an inquest over an unknown man killed by a Michigan Central train late Saturday night. The body was badly mangled. No clew to his identity was discovered. Undertaker Flynn received the body at Chesterton. Communication is sought with Fae Western, Michigan City, whose name appeared in a small book in the victim's pocket.
