Victor Schouler
From the DAILY VIDETTE of Saturday, April 19th inst.
In itemizing the sad fate of Victor Schouler last week near Manchester, the Wabash correspondents gave sensationally as a probable cause for his suicidal intent that he had serious trouble with his step-mother. This is now sternly denited in the North Manchester Journal account, which ascribes as the cause 'reading too much 'yellow-backed literature'. The Vidette has no other wish than to place the matter right before its readers.
