George S. Pratt
Obituary.
Pratt. -- On the 17th inst., at his residence on College Hill, Mr. George S. Pratt in the 26th year of his age.
The deceased was born three miles east of Valparaiso in Washington township. He lived the greater part of his life in Valparaiso. He was married to Kitty Pratt October 3d, 1880. George was a young man of great energy. He was honorable in all his dealings and a great favorite with all who intimately knew him. His affliction was long and painful but he bore it with great patience and fotitude and in his death he said to a friend, "All is well." He leaves a wife and infant child, his parents and many friends, to mourn their loss. The funeral services were conducted at the home by Elder E. S. Riley on Thursday at 2 o'clock, after which his remains were laid in the old cemetery.
