FARM HAND FALLS FROM TRAIN AND BREAKS NECK
(From Saturday's Daily)
Timothy McCarty, 55 years old, a farm hand, met instant death last night at Aylesworth switch by falling from a swift-running westbound Pan Handle passenger train. Conductor T. E. Martin, on a following train, found the body and reported to headquarters. Coroner Loren E. Lewis held an inquest today. McCarty had worked on the Rice farm near the place where he was killed. For three days he had been loitering at Kouts. In his pocket today the coroner found a whiskey flask partly filled with liquor. Wheatfield had been McCarty's home, it is reported.
