James Kramer
CHESTERTON CHIPS
Passenger train No. 28, on the Lake Shore, going west, struck and instantly killed James Kramer, a destitute, a short distance out of Laporte Saturday night. From papers on the dead man showed that he had been discharged from the Dunning insane asylum in July, 1896. He was about 55 years old.
