Thomas Howe
Died, on last Monday night at 12 o'clock A. M., after a week of painful suffering of brain fever, Mr. Thomas Howe, a well known and highly respected citizen of this place for the past 25 years, aged about 40. His funeral service was conducted at St. Paul's Church on yesterday morning, by Rev. M. O'Reilly, and the remains were followed to their last resting in the new Catholic Cemetery by the largest number of people and teams ever witnessed at any funeral in this city. He leaves a wife and two children to mourn their loss. They have the sympathy of all the community around.
