Peter Hansen
CHESTERTON CHIPS
Peter Hansen, a simple minded farm hand, who has made his home with various Swedish farmers living in the vicinity of Burdick, was instantly killed by an east bound Lake Shore fast train between 9 and 10 o'clock Tuesday night at the George Morgan private road crossing, a mile east of Chesterton. The Pusher which followed the stocktrain, discovered the dead man, and reported the fact to Undertaker Lundberg, who went out and got the body and brought it to his undertaking rooms. Coroner Ketcham was notified, and held the inquest Wednesday. Hansen was 50 years old and had no relatives in this country.
