Isaac Gibson
CHESTERTON CHIPS
Isaac Gibson died at his home in Hebron, Friday, Oct. 29, aged 83 years, 3 months and 28 days. He was a resident of Hebron twenty-nine years. For over thirty years he had been a member of the M. E. church, and was always ready to respond to any call made upon him by the church of his choice. His wife preceeded him to the better land just seven years. The funeral took place from the M. E. church, Rev. McKinzie, in speaking of the life of the deceased, eulogized his character as a citizen, as a church member, and as a parent, and I think it was very appropriate to the occasion. His daily life was an exemplary one and an excellent one for any one to pattern after. A daughter and son survive him. The interment took place in the Hebron cemetery.
