James Ganedson
Hebron Items.
Died, on the 2d inst., at the residence of James Brough, James Ganedson, of typhoid pneumonia, Mr. Ganedson, commonly known as Jimmy the butcher. He was an Englishman, and came here about two years ago with John Rayner, the butcher that left about a year ago, owing several hundred dollars to the citizens of Hebron. Among that number was Jimmy who had worked for him something over a year, and did not get a cent for his work. Jimmy died 3,000 miles from any of his relatives, but had the best attention from his countrymen, the Broughs, who also gave him proper burial.
