Morgan B. Crosby
CHESTERTON CHIPS.
Morgan B. Crosby, one of the oldest and most respected citizens of Valparaiso, died Tuesday morning at 8 o'clock, aged 86 years. He was the last of the original seven sho organized the First Presbyterian church of Valparaiso, and was well known all over the county. The deceased was born in Putnam county, N. Y., Nov. 17, 1809. He came to this county in 1839. The funeral was held from the residence of Hon. S. S. Skinner Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. J. B. Fleming officiating.
