[M. C. Dispatch.]
Death of Thomas Concannon.
Thomas Concannon, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, at his home in Laporte. Mr. Concannon was one of the oldest residents of the county, and one of its best known citizens. For many years he was in business in Westville. He moved from there to this city a few years ago and formed a partnership with P. H. McNulty in the livery business. At the end of two years this partnership was dissolved, when Mr. Concannon moved to Laporte and was appointed superintendent of the poor farm. He served in this capacity until a few months ago, succeeded by the present incumbent. Mr. Concannon was probably about 65 years old. He leaves a family. His widow is a sister of Mrs. Adam Fogelman, of this city.
